Futurist • Tech Innovator • Crypto Enthusiast
I'm a software engineer with 8 years of experience building large-scale distributed systems at Google. As a futurist and tech innovator, I consistently deliver innovative technical solutions that power millions of users worldwide.
I specialize in cloud infrastructure, networking, LLM technologies, and large-scale AI inference, bringing cutting-edge research into practical applications. As an expert in artificial intelligence and dedicated AI course instructor, I bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and real-world implementations.
Beyond my professional expertise in software engineering, I channel my creativity through electronic music production as a personal passion. This demonstrates how technical precision can enhance artistic expression and showcases my multifaceted approach to creativity.
My professional journey and expertise
Design and deliver networking features for Google Cloud—including IPv6 address management and hybrid-cloud connectivity—within the Compute Engine control-plane.
Integrated 5G factory-test solutions into customer devices and built debugging tools for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity on Qualcomm chipsets.
Founded an online therapy platform featuring real-time video, scheduling, and secure messaging; built the microservices stack, CI/CD, and monitoring from scratch.
La Jolla, California
Architected and developed a groundbreaking Hybrid Cloud Application Catalog module for OpenStack, revolutionizing how cloud administrators manage containerized applications. This innovative solution streamlined application deployment across hybrid environments, significantly reducing operational complexity and improving resource utilization.
As a core member of the OpenStack Fault Gene Working Group, pioneered the development of intelligent fault-tolerance systems that serve as the foundation for OpenStack's reliability. Designed and implemented advanced data pipeline architectures that collect and analyze fault patterns across the entire OpenStack ecosystem. This machine learning-driven approach enables predictive failure detection and automated recovery, making OpenStack deployments significantly more resilient.
Check out some of my featured projects
🌸 Run LLMs at home, BitTorrent-style. Fine-tuning and inference up to 10x faster than offloading. Supports Llama 3.1 (405B), Mixtral (8x22B), Falcon (40B+) and BLOOM (176B)
A lightweight GPT implementation focusing on educational purposes and efficient inference. Built with Python and designed for learning how transformer architectures work under the hood.
An intelligent video translation tool that extracts text from YouTube videos using OCR and translates it in real-time. Built with Python, OpenCV, Tesseract OCR, and translation APIs
An interactive visualization of neural networks written in TypeScript using d3.js. This educational tool allows users to experiment with different neural network architectures and see how they learn in real-time. Forked from TensorFlow's playground project.
An open source organizational system for notebook keeping, ledger management, task/project management and team collaboration. Built with React, Redux, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Docker
An automated bot for SoundCloud interactions built with Python. Features automated engagement, playlist management, and social media automation for music promotion.
Exploring electronic music production as a creative side project
As a creative outlet beyond my software engineering career, I explore electronic music production under two distinct artist personas. This passion project allows me to apply technical precision to sound design while experimenting with different musical genres and styles.
My primary music alias exploring heavy, bass-driven soundscapes as a creative hobby. This project focuses on dubstep, tribal bass, and midtempo tracks, allowing me to experiment with intricate rhythms and powerful low-end frequencies in my spare time.
A more experimental side project where I explore techno and afro house genres. Through this alias, I experiment with hypnotic rhythms, organic percussion, and atmospheric sound design as a personal creative challenge outside of work.
I'm always open to exciting software engineering opportunities that push the boundaries of technology. Let's build something amazing together.
